Our story

Shore Fit Kitchens and Bathrooms is based on the Wirral. The owner, Steven Eardley has been in the trade for over 25 years. Steve has worked with big kitchen supply companies but has always felt they didn’t go above and beyond with their customer care. Steve has always believed that the customer needs to be at the centre of the planning process including the aftercare and that quality materials should be utilised throughout the design.

Our journey

As a small business we started out by fitting kitchens for big supply chains. This often led to some frustrations as the designers often focused on the aesthetics and weren’t always knowledgeable in what would work when the kitchen came to installation. A lot of the time problems that could have been problem solved at the design stage were often left to when the kitchen was being installed. Due to the frustration that customers weren’t getting the required assistance and expertise at the critical times to avoid the stress, we decided to move away from bigger companies and set up a business that allowed customers to enjoy the process throughout all stages.

Our simple ethos is to have you, the customer, at the centre of the project throughout all stages. This is regardless of whether it is a simple makeover or a full kitchen refurbishment. Allowing you to have voice and with us providing advice and guidance, you will have control and an enjoyable experience for whatever design you choose to have. This ethos is woven throughout initial contact through to after sales care. There is no need to go to kitchen showrooms, we will come to you with the latest technology and software to enable you to see your kitchen in the comfort of your own home.
